由於木板、SPC地板(石塑複合材料地板)、金屬是一種非常柔韌的材料,在選擇覆面微水泥材料時,我們要特別注意他的柔韌性,否則微水泥表面容易會因基礎的收縮擴張,而出現裂痕。
金屬、木質、 石塑板、 舊樓宇混凝土結構中,由於較多膨脹和收縮。因此CEMHER® Microflex 微水泥是最適合應用於已具有/ 或仍沒有裂縫表面,無論其來源為何。


As Wooden Panel, SPC Flooring (stone plastic composite), Metal is a very flexible material, special attention shall be given to selecting the overtopping microcement materials. Otherwise, the microcement surface will easily appear cracks due to the shrinkage and expansion of the substrate.
This is mainly the case in metallic or wooden structures, due to expansion and contraction. CEMHER® Microflex is the most suitable microcement to apply on any area with a predisposition to the formation of cracks or fissures, whatever their origin (cracked cement sand screed).

拉伸強度是衡量材料在拉力作用下抗斷裂能力的重要物理性能。拉伸強度是指材料在斷裂之前能夠承受的最大拉伸應力。高拉伸強度確保CEMHER® 微水泥能夠承受巨大的負荷和力而不變形或斷裂。
EN ISO 527-3、ASTM D412 – 06a 是全球常見的塗層拉伸強度測試方法。
斷裂點伸長率 (Elongation at break),也稱為斷裂應變,是試樣斷裂後變化長度與初始長度之比。它表示抵抗形狀變化而不形成裂縫的能力。
CEMHER® Microflex 是雙組分微水泥,其最大特點是具有極大的柔韌性(斷裂點伸長率~65%, EN ISO 527-3)。它可以像布料一樣捲起來。此外,它還具有防水性,使這種微水泥成為老化/結構移動較多的的建築物的理想微水泥產品。



Tensile strength is a crucial mechanical property that measures the resistance of a material to breaking under tension. Tensile strength refers to the maximum amount of tensile stress the material can withstand before it ruptures or fails. High Tensile Strength ensures that the CEMHER® microcement can withstand significant loads and forces without deforming or breaking.
EN ISO 527-3, ASTM D412 – 06a is a very common tensile strength testing method for coating worldwide.
Elongation at break, also known as fracture strain, is the ratio between changed length and initial length after breakage of the test specimen. It expresses the capability to resist changes of shape without crack formation.
CEMHER® Microflex is a two-component microcement line, characterized above all by its great flexibility (Elongation at break ~65% , EN ISO 527-3). It can be rolled up like a fabric. In addition, it is waterproof, a very important attribute depending on the surface where it is to be applied. Its flexibility makes this microcement the ideal product for buildings or constructions where there is a lot of structural movement, which other microcement products are difficult to compare.

”斷裂點伸長率” 是防水物料的常見規格,根據 香港房屋委員會及房屋署 的 建築工程規格資料庫 2022 版:浴室和廚房等區域的防水物料亦有”斷裂點伸長率” 的性能要求。
"Elongation at break " is a common physical property for waterproof materials. In accordance to the SPECIFICATION LIBRARY 2022 EDITION of Hong Kong Housing Authority and Housing Department: the elongation property of flexible waterproofing system for bathroom, kitchen shall comply a specific standard.
